Hey guys, thought maybe somebody would be interested here. I ran this at a WIR event a couple years ago. We also run that blue Formula Ford that we try to get out once or twice a year. Anyway, I'll be moving to Chicago this summer and looking for something a little smaller (Focus, Golf, Impreza, etc.).
Here are the details:
3.8L V6 Factory Supercharged, 5 spd, Oxford white with grey interior, sunroof, power windows, seats and mirrors, keyless entry. Currently at 136,000 miles, recent work includes:
-Full engine rebuild at 125,000 miles: block bored, new pistons, all new bearings, Spec Stage 1 Clutch, flywheel was resurfaced and new slave cylinder, B&M short throw shifter, new motor mounts, BHJ Harmonic Balancer, Autometer temp gauge
-Brake rebuild at 130,000 miles: put the newer style front spindles on with the bigger Lincoln calipers and rotors
-Suspension rebuilt at 134,000 miles: Koni “Yellow” Adjustable Shocks, Eibach 1.5” lowering springs, new bushings and sway bar links, full alignment done
-Just replaced Cam Sensor, Crank Sensor, and DSI Module this past summer
-Eagle Wheels with Potenza tires
-Panasonic stereo with aux. input and remote
-Also comes with an original dealer service manual and a sweet 1989 Motor Trend Car of the Year Jacket
It’s been a great car for me and obviously have more invested in it than I plan to get out of it. I haven’t driven it in winter since I’ve owned it. Small amount of rust towards the rear of the rocker panels behind the ground effects. A few body blemishes and a crack in the front valence, but as you can see from the pics, it’s a pretty sharp looking car. Extremely reliable, and I wouldn’t have a problem hopping in it and driving across country tomorrow.
Asking $3900 obo. Feel free to give me a call as well at 920-850-9399.
Thanks, Eric
