I really don't like having to open a new thread to do this, but what kind of a shootout are we talking about, like a solo 2? That would be cool if we could set one of those up!!!

The autocross events that FVSCC puts on are Solo II events.

I think you may be talking about pro-solo. Drag race start with a christmas tree then both cars drive on mirror courses. That would be a blast, but we have no place to do something like that.

All-wheel drive cars will be required to use snow tires to make it fair.

Well since I can't reply for the event in the other forum I'll say it here.

DAMMIT, DAMMIT, DAMMIT! lol, yet another autoX I missed out due to parts getting here late... I didn't get my new radiator in on time, and didn't wanna risk my stock one. Oh well, there's always USAIR, I'll just give up for this season if I don't made that one.

The event went very well. 32 competitors. 8 timed runs. Plenty of fun runs. Powder Puff competition.

Loads of fun. Thanks for all the help from the staff.

The new display worked great and I think it adds a lot to the event.

I think the water runs and burgers make a great way to "give back" to the members/drivers/workers.
