Sorry, but we had to raise the prices for the USAIR auto x. Track rental is higher there, but I think it's worth it since it is such a nice facility. Plus the track is awesome.
If I remember correctly a majority of people wanted to keep the same track layout the same as last time.
How much did it go up? $10? $35 fee for members, and $45 for non?

Forgive me, but I thought one of the main points of auto-x was to always have a different set-up? Don't your driving skills improve when it's always changing?
Oh well, I guess I'll be able to see how much better I got after the lapping days.
Had to miss the last 2 auto-x's, but I'll be there tomorrow!

we have a few ideas for a little different layout. with a track, its hard to mix it up like you can with a large open parking lot.

We could mix it up very easily - run it backwards etc. At the last event only two people wanted to change things up when we voted.
During fun runs we will make some changes and see how it goes.

Backwards was a little scary last time we tired it!

Grow a pair. Ha ha.
Yes I agree. Maybe we should save the backwards running for Halloween.
Yet another great event today guys!

Thank you - Yes it went very well today. No incidents, quick worker change over, no timing issues, and great weather.
8 timed runs with a longer course than usual. 63 competitors today. Nobody really complained about the price increase and I hope it satisfies the track management. I guess you pay for the nice facilitlies and awesome track.
It's worth it.

This was the first autocross I've ever driven in, and WOW! I can't remember the last time I had that much fun. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I can't wait for the next event. Thank you!
