With the rest of the exhaust being stock on a car, but the addition of a electronic cutout (butterfly valve type), is this legal for stock class or no?

How bad does the cutout leak?

If it's behind the catalytic converter I would think it would be legal for stock.

What about in the case of my exhaust on my subaru, header, test pipe, and awesome muffler. Is that not going to be in the stock class?

In stock class you cannot change anything forward of the cat. converter.

The awesome muffler will be OK however.
