PM system broke?

Somethings wrong with the PM system.

Try sending me one. I bet I don't get it and it won't show up in my in box. I know I'm not the only one with the problem.

Also smilies don't work.

worked from slowgls, but I sent Tom one recently and no replies.

I have some others to Peschke (spelling?) that I can only see if I send him another one and he had the same problem w/ me. If I go to my inbox they don't show up. It's really wierd.
And shouldn't we be able to just click on the smilie? Instead of knowing all the codes?
