Just like FVSCC, CWSCC events provide a complementary Triple-A service, 100 free miles of towing in the event of a major breakage.

I've never run a night event, are high beams adequate?

How's your night vision?

Are you on studded tires?

I found myself wishing for more light above about 45 mph the last time I ran at night (WRX high beams, studded tires). But it's definitely not dangerous or anything...just not ideal for looking as far ahead as you should be.

A lot of people don't even use their high beams. They must have Ninja night vision or something.

High beams should be sufficient. There will be cones with reflective tape.

Fliz, I'm on snows so my speed will be relatively lower.

I'll probably make it out. I've been anxious to get on the ice.

So how was it? Oval track or regular course?

Is the lake usually bussy on Sundays? I mean with other people with snowmobiles ATV's ans stuff like that?

Thanks for those of you who made the trip.

We ran a .6 mile road style course. I really though it was well laid out.

18 - I believe - competitors. 9 timed runs and an hour of practice.

When we were plowing the track the fishermen out there really did not like what we were doing. I hate to say it, but DuBay may be an only at night location.

^ Thanks to all workers for putting on nice event. It was definitely worth the drive from MKE. Thanks also to the flashlight holders while I was mounting my tires... I forgot how dark it gets in the middle of a lake!

I'm now getting my studs nice and sharp for 'bago this weekend :)

watching others play a game just seems boring.

Playing football is fun.

Watching someone else play on TV. Not my idea of fun.
