Is anyone going to come to the meeting?

We could use some help with the trailer clean up. It will go really fast with a lot of help.

We may not be doing the trailer clean up.

I'll keep everyone posted on the situation. I know everyone is going to be on the edge of their seats on this one.

Meeting notes:

WIR event on Sept. 25th lost money, but not a lot.

WIR for 2012 we plan on running 4 events there.

Kyle K. will be checking into being able to run at T-Rats Stadium for 2012.

2 car drivers - non allowed at our events. *cough*cough Gary

Justin will be ordering more radios.

Tech - getting too lax in regards to numbers being clearly displayed on competing cars before getting a tech sticker.

2011 banquet. Kyle, Ben, Matt will be checking out various locations for this.
February date is planned.

Miller Park - Ken and Dale said they'd set up the course. We will ask MSCC if FVSCC can do the timing for the event.

After many years of plowing us some excellent ice courses Ken is retiring. Plow truck needed. Justin, Tom and Chuck are looking into hiring a plow truck.

Studded tire rule. For 2012 FVSCC will be following the SCCA bolted tire rules. With the exception we are allowing larger size bolts and two washers on each side of the bolt. A list of the guidelines for the tires should be posted at some point.

People who ran with what are now illegal tires at ice events last year with FVSCC will be grandfathered into the 2012 events. They will be in an unlimited class.

Velcro tires are allowed until they get a flat tire on the track. Then they are done for the day.

Menard tires will have their own classes.

We will be plowing alternate courses to aleviate the rutting problems.

Post meeting we went to work (except for Kyle K. who disappeared until the trailer was reloaded) and got that trailer cleaned up like chompions. It was much needed.

Crap. We forgot to count the cones. Don't tell Dizmm.
